Q: What is up with the NON refundable deposit?

A: Most spots fill so your spot is a spot someone else could be enjoying and paying for. If you reserve a spot and then back out (for what ever reason) a day, a week, or even upto 2 weeks before the 1st day of class - well, that kinda puts us in a bind. Sooooo - there is an initial $55.00 NON-refundable deposit required to put a hold on a slot for you. For your convenience , you will have approx 48 hours from the time you reserve your time slot to when we process your CC for the $55.00 NON refundable deposit. The deposit is NON - refundable. We are very upfront about this before you reserve a spot and we give approx 48 hours after you reserve a spot for you to notify us, via text or email, before the non refundable deposit is actually processed. If you are already thinking you may be in a position where you may need to request a deposit refund - please do not reserve a spot - so it can be open for another.

Q: When do you charge my CC the $55 non-refundable deposit?

A: For your convienience, and because we understand plans change; we do not immediately process your deposit payment. Not to worry, your time slot is reserved when you submitted your info HOWEVER your non refundable deposit is charged approx 48 hours later. IF you make your cancel request to us via text or email BEFORE the non refundable deposit is actually processed (approx 48 hour after your submission)- we are happy to not charge the deposit and cut you out of the schedule BUT - if your request comes to us AFTER we have processed the non refundable deposit - then..... weellllll.... The deposit is NON - refundable therefor no refund of deposit will be given.
