- Its a fat burning zone targeted, energizing upbeat way to start your day or end it.
- Let Ed entertain you while he reiterates the proper hows and whys of fitness while you get an amazing uplifting workout.
- Great music with basic cardio moves and a little of everything from boxing moves to simple dance moves combined together to end up being a darn fun exercise class.
- Moves can be modified depending on fitness level.

Think Tai-Chi combined with Tai-Jitsu yet customized by Ed in-order to introduce the benefits of Tai-Chi/Jitsu to an American audience.
- Slower consistent movements. Great for lower body - Hips Butt and thighs, core strengthening, stress relief, weight loss, posture enhancement and more.
- University research has proved that specific moves can lower blood pressure and help to keep it lower for hours after.
- Upbeat background music is played while you move fluidly from one position to the next.
- In this class your feet move very little - only every now and then as your balance and strength improve.
- Basically, if you can stand with feet flat on the floor and slightly wider than your shoulders and knees slightly bent, you've got the first position.
- Tai-ChEd combines slow non stop focused fluid motion with mild power moves designed to strengthen the body and sooth the mind.
